8310 contact service

I have griffin so i could put it on normal mode.But with batery always Contact service.What could it be??Testing with griffin show me this

i already tried.I tried to unlock in test mode.Same thing.I have flashed it with v4.40 v6.20..same thing.Ican put it in normal mode with griffin but with batery it always enter in contact service.
