JIC DTC4 Unlocker Error in Win Me! Help!

Everytime i open the program. my window pop up a window msg saying that it error unknow and it shut down the program

does anyone have any idea why it doing this?

It works fine at Windows Me.
Just power on phone and press Unlock and Enter.
If your machine is very fast {tested by me at 1.GHZ} the prog.
doesn't work.
In my Laptop at 700 MHZ works ok/
Maybe this is your problem.

I try to open on window me @ 850mhz it doesnt' work
But try it on winxp @ 1.6 ghz it work.. but i heard it doesn't unlock on winxp

so do you have any idea why this happen?

my pc is not that fast.

could it be any dll cus when i open it said "this program have cause an <unknow> error and it will be shut down".

Try to install Windows again.

i use an old p75 laptop i think the slower the better

i did format my comp and reinsall the window os and it still happen the same

any one know why?
