Hello
FIRST, the 7110 is a DCT-3 phone and this post is in the wrong section
How do you receive the logo? Via SMS? Or via Logo Manager software and data cable? Or do you send it to yourself, using another phone and Logo Manager?
If Logo Manager is involved, make sure you have set the correct network codes!
You need to set the logo with the network codes of the network you are using in that 7110, not the phone you are eventually sending it with!
Use the "Network Choser" thingy in Logo Manager. Example for "TH AIS GSM": 520-01.
Find the code for your network (you can search by country) and set it that way.
Note: Some SIM cards won't allow using a custom logo. Known for that are T-Mobile (U.S.A.) SIM's as well as early-generation Orange Thailand SIM's. They have a "logo" (provider's name) stored in the SIM itself, and the phone will always use that one, regardless what custom logo you set.
I have that very same trouble, using a Nokia 5130 and a first-generation Orange (Thailand) SIM in it. Even correct network settings (520-99 in that case) won't display the logo, but always the name "Orange". Only a newer SIM helps in such case.....
Kind regards.....
your Thanh
