Need to unlock 7650!! Please!

I,m newbie and when i put the calculated codes into my 7650, it say not allowed. So i need some information about the cable that can open it. Can i make it by myself? Where can i find instructions? Can you flash the imei from this phone? Thx For advance.

tat meen that the trys by code have been used up
yes you can only unlock it by cable
yes you can make you own cable if you have the know how
no you can not you can not change the IMEI just by flashing
you will have to remove the UEM chip so you can change it
