7250i - No Sound!

A friends Nokia 7250i doesn't have any sound any more, not when you play games, push buttons, get a call or a message, etc. Any ones else experienced this problem? Just wondering if it is a software thing or maybe from dropping the phone! I guess dropping the phone...!

Is is jst the ringtone that you can't hear, or is there no sound during the actual call...? i.e. you can't hear the other person speaking...!
Could be a result of either problem, hardware or software.. You're best bet is to get it fixed up at a nearby NSC..
