i think now nosolfware can change imei for dct4 even nokia service center itself only repair imei not change imei

I thin imei change can B-phreaks sofware for DCT 4 but it still require dongle

I'm also waiting for this! I don't understand it. If they already have cracked SP unlocker for use without dongle, why does IMEI changing soft take so long?? Come on guys!!
