Bouce Help Needed

I have been trying to beat Level 17 for like 2 months! I have 2 questions about Level 17 in Bounce. First, how in the world do you get back up to the group of extra lives and the group of diamonds??? All I can figure is to get blown up and drop back down the main hole and bounce back up since it seems impossible with the small ball. However, I get popped everytime I try to get down the hole. What's up with that? Second, where are the 2 hidden rings? I've gone thru the level many times and always miss 2 stinkin' hidden rings. I've searched all over Google. Can someone please help me? ty.
