3310 unlocker help

Hi everyone.
i got a 3310 unlocker today but no instructions with it, i need to know how to unlock phones with it is there anywhere i can download it or can someone send me it threw email please.
and also what does the virus do when you send it to someone?
and does it have to be a nokia who u send it to?
