he wants to change it coz he doesnt like the look of the old one, it is merely a cosmetic issue

if really must change imei, use the s500 imei changer it work fine

Hi, used the s500 service tool stated above, but I tried to change the imei it said "error maybe other program using it" what am I doing wrong? or is there a good alternative program to use?
