    6210 Can't send or recive calls

    AS above ... I'v had this phone lying about for ages .. I put my sim carn in (voda) out of my 5210 and it finds it ok got signal ect ..

    But when i make a call or ring the phone from my house I get 3 loud tones and someone saying "there is a fault" but in my 5210 it works sound

    Any help please. Sorry if im been a complete dumb noob. but hay gotta start somewhere!

    I just tested the phone with a txt and it recived ok .. but still no in or out going calls

    any ideas??

    try to verify your phone settings (call baring ,incoming outgoing)and try a master reset

    Sounds like it could be barred by the network - Voda uk do allow txt messages on barred phones, but when making calls u get a 3 tone signal.

    Check with an orange or o2 sim card, and if u get the message 'sim card registration failed' u will know for sure.
