GX10 Software Please Help

Hi, sorry i've downloaded the Vilani 3.1 software and eventually got it to open but when i follow the instructions to unlock it doesn't unlock it and says error in spanish or whatever language it is!!

The language is spanish, but what do you want to accomplish ?

fist select model

then click 'conectar'

then click 'decloquear' or something like it

worked for me on a gx10i

I have vilani 3.1 and everytime I try to unlock my GX10 I get an error.
I turn the phone on, connect the cable, open the software, select the phone then click connect and just keep getting an error.
What am I doing wrong?

I am using XP if that makes any difference.
