    e710 not charging and keypad heating up

    I just got an e710 off a guy on ebay, but on receiving it today, I find that it does not power on and the batteries do not seem to charge.

    Also when charger is plugged in, the keypad starts to heat up.

    Anyone any ideas on how to fix this problem ???

    send it back to the guy, seems faulty
