    8310 power problems

    hi

    I have two 8310's one will not turn on and when I have tried to flash it wont let me even if I plug in the charger I get nothing.

    The other as soon as I put in the battery it comes on and will not turn off I have tried to flash and still has the same fault any ideas how to get them working? even if its just one please.
