    Need Help Flashing 8250 V5.06 NSM-3D --> Latest Firmware...

    can anyone help me with what i need, and how i flash my 8250 with the lastest firmware... im just new to this and also its not

    too much trouble, what is unlocking?.. is that just allowing phones locked by a service provide to be unlocked? thanks!
