3310 with charge problem

I have a 3310 that wont hold a charge, the battery has been changed but still the same, I left it charging all night and it discharges within an hour once the charger is removed.

any ideas?

is the battery signal moving.....? check your voltage the terminals...the reading should be higher than 2 volts....if not you have

a. poor contacts on the charging pin or at the battery terminal

b. you have damaged charging components...

try to activate the network monitor and have a look at pages 20-23 while charging, on page 20 it will tell you what problem there is.
