Is there any way to explorer/extract a .nfb file ?

Is there any way to explorer/extract a .nfb file ? I need to explore this file i have on my pc so i can retrieve my images+sounds only, is there any way to do that without restoring the full img ?

now if u have 7610 or 6630 listen carefully. i got this from the forums and it helps.

on ur desktop create a folder an name it "system"
go to file transfer. in the place where it shows phone memory and card memory ,right click and explore card.
now go inside and place the folder that you hav created by copy pste. now through the explorer bar explore the system folders to find wat you want.

it works for the phone memory too!!!
