I recently dropped my phone in a chlorinated pool. I immediately removed the battery, SIM and housing. 24 hours later I tried to turn it on and nothing happened, I then tried to plug it in and IT DOES SHOW THAT IT IS CHARGING. So, I know the LCD works, keypad, etc, but it will still not power up. I have already tried the "Guide to Water Damage" method and I still have the same problem, WILL NOT power up but WILL charge. Can anyone help? Thank you.
