I doesn't did it myself, my friend who did it to me, infact, i'm not in mobile phone line...myself is a analyst...according what my friend told me, he use a machine which blow hot air to the chip, when it become hot, he remove the chip with a clipper tool, then he put the new chip on a slice of zink (i think so...) and blow the board with hot air, put the new chip back, and wait the board to be cool.
