on my 7650, i dont have a problem to connect to wap site wite
ther reguler explorer ,does my network(orange) are restricting
me from it ??

yes ! i have one , i can surf on wap pages with the basic explorer
but all the wares like im+ mirc cannot connect

you need Internet GPRS, not WAP GPRS

call orange 4 help..here in italy we have a smart-sms: they send it to us and the fone is ready.
i don't know if ther's one also in ur country
