Hi

I hope u have the original EEPROM backup from before for this phone and you know the version it had on it and the PPM language package.

If you have all this info, then flash the phone with the original right version with the right original PPM package you had.

Then Use NokiaTool to read the phone for any locks?

If you have lock then unlock via partial method.
