Check your LPT Input/Output Range in your LPT port using Lpt 1 in Rolis flasher it must be 0378-037F

or try to use knok flasher there is a 3 lpt port choices there, trial and error....

Hope it may solve the problem...

anyway do you got a 5110 full flash?

    Hi,

if your cable is right :

Did you try under win2k or Xp ? in this case, Userport must be used in order to enable direct acces to ports for the software.
(didn't work properly for me under Xp, so using win 9x/Me may be the best option).

Is the connector properly fitted in the phone ?
Sometimes the contacts are not perfect, on my 3210 it needed to be hold by hand (got damaged after a few flashes)

I'm experiencing this problem with my 3310 sw 5.03 (didn't respond) but it works with others 3310 phones (and 3210) whitout problems ... strange

Try with another phone (reading !) : if it fails maybe the cable isn't good.

hi, a small tip to stop you having to hold the cable all through flashing; just put an elastic band around phone/connector
if you have bad connection with 33xx type phones, wedge a small piece of paper between connector/phone to make the connector stay in place.
