Unlocking M50

Hi, I tried to unlock a M50 with siemens unlock v5.1 by nutzo, since there's only MT50 option, I've tried, but didn't work. I've tried the program with other siemens and works fine, but now with M50 What should I do?

I'm using WinXP

try with m50 unlocker by maxim....is somewhere here on the forum

Well I suceed with that soft, but I unlock with that soft on an older pc, with winME. I've a dual boot on my system and I've WinMe too. My older Pc works twith that soft but with this new one doesn't work I don't no w why, I'm using a P4 2.0 with 256ddr, and my older is a P3 450 with 256Dim.
