3650 huge problem!

I've a big problem...

NOKIA 3650 2.50 NHL-8

I push the power button...
the screen turn on...
the blue "NOKIA" appears...
and then nothing!!

The phone remains in these conditions 4 hours!!
I don't what I should do!!
Can anybody help me?

SEND BACK TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTER.
1. DO FORMAT USER DATA AREA.
2. OR REPLACE SRAM

Got thesame problem yesterday...

Went to Nokia Service Center, need to replace some parts and they charge me around US$150.00 (7,000 to 8,000.00 pesos here in our country) it includes software upgrade, labor and cost of materials used.

And have to wait 1 week or more for the repair...
