No backlight when someone calls my N6610.....Pls help

Someone from my caller groups call me on my N6610 but there is no backlight.

I saw a thread suggesting to remove the name from caller group or change the ringing tone to "default". It works but.........

But what if i would to have the name in the caller group and the ringing tone change to other ringtones which i like?..... Is there any ways of doing it?....Experts pls help.....My version is V4.28....Thanks!

it's a bug in the firmware. send ur phone for a software upgrade at nokia, it'll fix the problem. latest version is 4.74 is im not mistaken.
