Will my unlocked phone from USA (1900 MHz GSM Network) work in other countries with 900 or 1800 MHz GSM Network? Or is my phone only unlocked for 1900 MHz networks?

you can insert any sim of any network you want into the phone.
if it's a single-band phone, phisically it can connect only to 1900 Mhz networks as it's hardware supports only this frequency.
