Nokia 3360 "contact service"

I have a couple Nokia 3360 has "contact service" problem.... How can I repair that problem ....? That's software or hardware ? please help

You have to flash it & upgrade it to new Version
Then it will be 100% OK

You required Phoenix 3.80 its service software
& you must have FLS-4 for this

You mean dongle ? .... or box ? .... Can I do it with cracked version ?

You must required the Equipments
With crack version You can't flash the fone.
You just do "Restore Factory Setting" with the cracked version
For Flashing you have the required Equipments
