list DCT4 . i see AT&t Sprint all the rest but no Tmobile

T-Mobile Australia doesn't exist, that's T-Mobile Austria

just found out that T-Mobile USA has a lot of network codes!
there is 31026 and also 31016, and maybe more.

I'm coming up with 310-20 to 310-26..

If someone has specifics what regions those are assigned, please post!
