This is a java application written by a fellow slovenian authon called "master blaster" that enables you to send messages via two of out web2sms gateways by two of our operators (dunno why the third one doesn't work) Western Wireless and S!Mobil. The problem is that you can only send messages to specific countrys that surround Slovenia (eg. Austria and Croatia). Version 2.0 however has support for using ICQ's SMS gateway. The whole deal is that you pay less for 160 bytes of transmitted data than one message.
