8210 Upgrade/flash/firmware

I have a 8210 i have been using a backup of one of the phone to repair the other one as the other 8210 picks up signal then loses it. I think it has been flashed badly by someone. After i plashed my backup on the phone and updated quick fail safe the phone still doesnt work!I have changed the imei to the one it should be. Any ideas on how to get the phone to work again?

Well its not the right section but Ill give U an idea...run a test with Eeprom tools 3.1 and 4.0....that will give U a point from where to start..
