    Unhappy HELP! Memory vanishing!

    Hello!

I've got a problem that is making me going NUTS! I've go FExplorer installed on my 3650. Every time I switch my phone off and then on again I see that the file c:\system\data\cbs\cbs2.dat increases it's size in about 0.1Kb. I've seen several files changing their size (including index on the \mail directory...) but this one is the only one that is always increasing and, so far, it does not stops or decresases it's size.

Please, ppl: Try this 3 or 4 times and give me some feedback: check it's size (c:\system\data\cbs\cbs2.dat), turn off your phone, turn it on again and check it's size again. Always do this without using other applications. Repeat it a few times.

I have version 3.16 (with 2.54 was the same) and the only programs I have installed are FExplorer and Torch. At this poit this file is 7.4Kb big.

I need that somebody checks this for me and tell me WHY THE HELL WHY! Will it stop increasing? Will it eat my memory out?

    Thanks!

well to be honest with you I don't know waht that file is , and before reading your post i thought it could be a case of a groing like 100 Kb or so , but not realy , 7,4 Kb is nothing ,mine is 10,4Kb and i got my phone for about a month and turned on and off a lot of times , this file must be a log file , since i oped it with the Notepad and e shows besides som not displayable characters , some words about sim card.. so don't wory about that if it start's groing too much (like 200 or 500 Kb) then simply format your phone or delete it (make a backup copy first to MMC as i don't know if the file is vital to the phone boot) , so you can backitup againn .

I would edvise you not to delete it as it could be vital for it to boot up, and there would be no way for you to restore a baclup of the file as you would not be able to boot your phone, trust, its happened to me before lol.

Thank you. ppl! Finally some reply.

I know that this is not too big but the thing is that I can't delete it. At least not with FExplorer. Have any ideas? When I talk about this to Nokia Care they say me to make a call to Nokia. When I do that they tell me to go to Nokia Care...

About formatting the phone... that will be the last resort because I spent too much trouble to get the configuration exactly the way I want...

    You guys rock!
