is it possible to add ring tone to 3350 ?

I have tried to add ring tone (to 58 ring tones) to my 3350 handphone, but when I upload the flash and on the phone the word "contact service" appears. WHY???

1. I have download the flash from phone (address from 20 ~ 53), is it correct ?
2. and I add ring tone by using PPM Manager
3. and then calculate the checksum using PPM Manager\
4. Flash to phone
5. quick set faid
6.done

Please help.
