Need help with my 7210 that i just got please...

Ok this is the situation.
I went to the local market on monday and bought myself a 7210 that i thought was going for a bargain..$150 AUD about 50 pounds or about 70 Euros(Sorry didn't know how to enter the euro and puind codes).

Anyway i got home i chrged the phone and then i put my sim card in there and it looks so far so good but when i try to make a call it tells me that there is a risteriction on calling out so whhen i try to take that off in the scuritys menu it comes up with a wrong code i tryed the Nokia 0000 and the 1234 security cades that normally come withth ephoen when you buy as a default numbers, Didn't work so i go back and low and behld the guys have not been seen at he market since!!

so now i have a nokia phone that i can use.

So if anyone can help then please i would be gratefull beyond words if you can.

I have already gone tot he police and wrang up several service providers but no luck the IMEI number has not been reported stolen so there is nothing they can do.

if it is just "locked" we just need to know which network it was on ...

check configuration key with datacable (no usb) and bwinlock from [url]www.b-phreaks.co.uk[/url]..

that will give us the info we need
