    is my fone locked?

    hey can anyone tell me what happens when a 8310 is locked to another network and you put your sim in. this phone i want to buy says insert sim card. so would this phone be broken or is it locked please i need your help

    the phone seems broken or the SIM card you have put in it is damaged
