    nokia 3650 from tmobile- usa

    hi:
    i have a new nokia 3650. wen i power it on, it says: "startup failed, contact the retailer". can someone tell me what that means. thanks

    there is a problem with your software
    you must have it updated to a newer version
    Go to a nokia service centre theywill do it free of charge
