3650 system errors

Every time i try to compose a multimedia message or do anything concerning multimedia my nokia 3650 says something like "system error"
"messaging error" or "kern-ex3 error" I would like to know how to fix this or if there is a program out there that will fix all of the z drive on my phone the one that cannot be accessed using programs like fexplorer. can some one please help me and tell me how to fix this problem

The Z drive is the ROM (read only memory). It can only be altered using external equipment, which will cost more than the price of the phone.

Try formatting your phone. Make a backup to your pc or memory card, and then press

*#7370# into your phone. MAke sure your phone is fully charged or on charge before you do this. If the battery cuts out during the format process, your phone is useless. Not even nokia can help you.


This will restore the phone to the way you bought it from the shop.

I have a similar problem. It is impossible to send MMS from my phone (N3650). Everytime it says 'Message sending failed', and when I click on "Details" it says "General: System error". The same situation is with receiving email. When I try to connect to my POP3 mailbox I get the "System error" message. It is interesting that I can send emails. #7370 does nothing, everything is the same.

Can anyone help? What should I do?
