Question after unlock

I am wondering that if I unlock my phone by meself, can rogers know that and active my sim which is following my phone in the box?

you dont have to tell them and they can ativate the sim card still

and I don't activate new sim card, why they activate it without my allowed

if it is a contract sim card they keep record of it and the phone imei number befor they send it out

it not a contract sim it will activete when you 1st use it

they have a code on the sim card and what i been told

is it's a contract sim card ? if so they still can activet it

if a normal sim card, they wont activet it
