please help lg vx4400 no service

I have a lgvx4400, when being playing with menu, discover the option to erase data, and my phone is now totally reset, I even erase esn, in iusacell, my company in mexico say that has no recover procedure,
but I beginning my contract.
to the total reset i went to menu 0, H/W test, option 0 (not listed), and there is a clear data area (be carefull)

finally i rewrite the esn whit a program called unicdma, but now the phone says -service required-, iusacell, have the *228 service but when i try to do that the phone does not leave me because it says -restricted use-, i dont now what else to do, the procedure delete the prl too.
i will appreciate any help
