DCT4NCK Interface

Hey all.
I'm trying to figure out how to interface with this file. I know it can be done because most DCT4 unlockers do it. Can someone help me please. I can write a progam to call it but it just puts the results in a command line window. How do I get the results to return to my application. I want to be able to interface it with a php file so it can be web based. I know there is a web site that does it already but its way too big to be access from a phone.
