3210 Charge problem

Hi,
i have a problem whit my 3210.
If i connect the charger on the dysplay the battery blink and if i try when the phone in on ,the dysplay write "not in charge" and if i go in the " Netmonitor" menù (20.....23) the error is "Btempfail".

What is the problem for you?

Your problem 99% is that you mast resolder the batteri conector ok my speling is not good i think you should understand me.
usualy the - in batteri conector is in the air. Do that and tell me
