    Cool Time and Date Reset

    The time and date keeps reseting on my 8310e , sometimes when I switch on the first thing that come up is the time and date setting. Any suggestions as to why it is 'forgetting' the time and date?

    Yeah, that would be caused by a loose battery. Get a small bit of thick paper, and fold it round the bottom of your battery. Put it back in, and as long as the battery is tightly in the phone, the problem should be solved.
