need help with my 8250

i used the code generator and i thought that would be the end of my problems and when i turn my phone on its still asking for my security code
so is there more things that i still have to enter or is my phone no un usable?
im sorry i also dont know if im posting this in the right spot as this is the only place "post new thread" came up

The code that you generated is to unlock a phone if it is locked to a service provider and you cant you any other provider's SIM in it... to find out your security code you can use an mbus data cable with LogoManager or Nokia Tool ect.

BTW.... yes this is the wrong section as 8250 is DCT3 and this probably shouldn't be in FAQ... but a mod will probably move it

ok you mentioned how i can get the security code off, but where do i go to get the info and stuff like that? sorry its prob really simple stuff, i just wanna be able to use my phone again lol
