i have dct-4 i change imei to nokia 5110 and when i put my sim card the phone reyected , what can i do to solve the question?

I use DCT-4 to change my imei when i insert My sim card phone stil rejects sim card

sim card registration failed: the imei was not changed correctly.

sim card not accepted: you have some sim locks closed.

in both cases you need rolis nokia tool 1.8 and mbus cable.
