2260 Phone Question

I was wondering if anyone has the unlocking code, and if I could use this phone in Brazil. (I bought it in the US when i lived there) since I read it wouldnt work outside the US in the FAQ.

My real question is if I could use this phone as a walkie-talkie or something. I was just wondering if I could use this phone in a way I wouldnt have to pay for any services.

I'm curious about cloning since thats apperently a trend here in Brazil.
If a phone is closned, does the cloned phone get charged anything or does the original phone gets the bill?

Another thing, what would happen if i changed the SOC code, Country code, and PSID/RSID to match a cellphone purchased in Brazil, in the city I live in now?

One more thing, what options can be manipulated in Public service profiles and Private operating frequencies?
