6670 Unlocked using code 1 but "internet still locked"

Hi Guys,

I unlocked my 6670 using code 1, and recently sold it.
The buyer has got back to me stating:
"The internert etc is locked to O2 as is the opening theme on the phone"

Can anyone tell me will using code 7 rectify this ?
