    Unlocking 6230 help required

    I am trying to unlock my 6230 currently on vodaphone.

    With no sim card in i try to enter the #pw+ 844 number but the phone does not let me enter any number after the 8....

    I have also noticed the numbers 4,5 and 6 do not work. Is there a reason why these numbers will not work???

    some of these need the sim from another Netwrok IN the phone before entering the code
