A friend of mine brought me a nokia 3220 and asked me to unlock it, It was set to at&t

I use CyberGSM v5.4

I put in
Country: U.S.A.
Provider:AT&T
MCC+MNC:31038000
Settings:Original Codes
Set for Nokia, DCT4 and ASIC 2

I tried code 7 and it said "code error" , then tried code 1 and it said
"phone restricted".

If anyone had any tips/ideas I would be very thankful.
