USB IrDA on a Nokia 8310

Is it possible to change the IMEI nr with a USB IrDA on a Nokia 8310? When i activating the ir on the 8310 Windows will install a driver how is named "Fashion Phone", Where could i find this driver?

Nope.

First of all, 8310 is DCT-4, and therefore it is not possible to change IMEI on it.

Second, changing eeprom (unlocking, IMEI), is not possible to do through IR, on any phones.
