3330 contact service

please help me, my 3330 says (contact service) !!
i tried to flash phone with full flash but noway?
also write eeprom only & forced download with dls3.5.
what can i do whin imei is (00000000000000)
& sec cod is 00000 !!

hello frend regarding to ur problem 3330 contact service you must erased the whole flash by using the software Knock 95 after erasing the whole flash den flash it by using dls after that go to nokia tool repair for the IMEI den repair the 4 locks den set to faid reset factory default thats all folk.....
