I've successfully convert 6210 to 6250 but i'm facing with incoming ringing problem. here is the symton :
1. I use PPM edit to edit all ringtones except MCU ringtone means that i've replace all 35 original ringtone with my own selection.
2. no error during flashing the file using rolis flasher . Then i use logo manager to upload other ringtones to my new converted 6250 . successfully upload 4 ringtone .
3. made a test call , .. i notice that if i'm using ringing tone from
the 35 list which entered by ppmedit , even if the level is set to level 5 , phone previewwas loud and clear but incoming ringing
was slow ,i think as slow as level 2 .
4. then i select incoming ringtone as the one which i upol;oad using logo manager ... phone preview = loud and clear .
incoming ringing (call from other set) also loud and clear .
question : why is uploaded ringtones sound loud as selected
level eg level 5 will sound loud ...but flashed tone(using ppmedit)
sounds low even if u select level 5 which means level 5 will sound as loud as level 2 even if i turn off the vibrating alert .
