1. your 8210 mobile cpu must version is V16
2. use flash cable read 003D0000~0040000 data
3. when u get this data change it (but i don't tell about it now,if u know u can write at this board)
4. write it back to mobile
5. use Flash V1.05 run 8250 program
verything is ok your mobile have success upgrade now!!! great!!

Can the CPU Version is the V18??????

CPU version : Can use B-phreaks logger 1.7/2.0 to detect, it will show ROM-5 / ROM-6 after reading the phone...

Additions : As i know, only ROM-6 CPU of 8210 able to upgrade MCU + PPM of 8250, with some modification on EEPROM area...i'm trying to get a 8210 ROM-6 to upgrade, coz mine is only ROM-5

First I want to say about CPU V16 V11 and V18 later
1.8210 use Nokia DCT3 Flash & M2Bus Tools Ver 5.14 by Roli write 8250 full flash
2.use Nokia EEPROM Repair for DCT3 Phone Ver 1.0 by Dejan to correct to it all is ok
V11 V18 i am try!!!but can't use this to do it
